Return and Exchange Policy

I hope you absolutely love your new item(s) and it's as perfect on you as you wanted!

If it's not the fit you were hoping for, please contact us at Return Portal Here within 7 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier to initiate the exchange process. Please send your item for exchange within 5 business days of item receipt. Items not sent within a timely manner may no longer be approved for exchange.

If you purchased the Re:do free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return portal above. If you did not purchase the Re:do free return protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Exchange shop credit is offered in the form of a digital Dream Fish Boutique gift card. Once your item is safely back to our warehouse, we will issue an exchange shop credit if your item meets the exchange criteria. The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of hair, perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached. You can then purchase any item in our store of your choosing. 

Exchanges made with exchange credit are final sale.

All discounted, clearance, deal of the day, swim, and beauty products  are Final Sale and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Sale Items:

All sale items are FINAL SALE.  Items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Therefore, if your order is strictly final sale items be sure to unclick the re:do option.

Re:do Return for Store Credit or Exchanges is not applicable to clearance and sale items even if purchased with your items.   Once you have checked out with re:do please note that it is NOT refundable!

Damages:

If you have a defective item, please contact us at support@dreamfishboutique.com within 3 days of receipt of item. If the item is defective, we will cover return shipping and payment will be returned in the form it was tendered. Defective items need to be postmarked within 5 days of us emailing you the return label. 

  • All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window. Please include photos of the defect.
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Other:

All promotions / credits/ discounts/ loyalty rewards that were applied or earned will be forfeited upon return of the item.
